Using the tools
Use DuoTools only with files and information you have permission to process. You retain your rights in your original documents and outputs. Do not use the site to disrupt other users, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Check results and keep originals
Image conversion can change format, transparency, detail, color handling, or metadata. PDF images do not preserve searchable text, interactive controls, or digital-signature verification. Calculations use browser floating-point arithmetic and are not a substitute for specialized professional review. Keep original files and check outputs before using or sharing them.
Availability and responsibility
Tools may change, fail on unsupported files, or be unavailable. File limits reduce resource use but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or document. Subject to rights that applicable law does not permit an operator to exclude, no promise is made that every output will be complete or suitable for every purpose. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and linked websites
The privacy and cookie pages explain current data handling. External links lead to services with their own terms and practices. Emailing the operator uses your mailbox service and is separate from processing a file in the browser.

The operator’s identity and location are listed below. Any jurisdiction-specific contractual requirements must be reviewed before public launch. Material changes to processing or site features should be reflected in the relevant policies; the policy version identifies this release.
