Scope and operator

This policy describes this version of DuoTools and its browser tools. The operator and contact details appear below. It covers website requests, local file processing, and messages you choose to send by email. It does not describe the privacy practices of websites you visit through external links.

Images, PDFs, and calculation inputs

Selecting an image or PDF makes it available to JavaScript in this tab. The tools decode it locally and generate temporary previews and output files in browser memory. These tools do not send the selected file or calculation inputs to a conversion server. Leaving the tool releases its temporary resources; closing the tab ends the working session. Downloaded files remain on your device and are managed by your browser and operating system.

Website requests and hosting logs

Your browser requests application code, styles, fonts used for PDF rendering, and other support assets from the hosting provider. The provider may log request times, IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and error details. The configured provider and confirmed retention period are listed below. Local file processing does not remove these ordinary hosting requests.

Contact messages

If you send an email, its contents, your address, and any attachments pass through your email service and the receiving mailbox service. Messages are used to respond to the request, investigate a reported issue, or handle a privacy inquiry. The chosen retention period is listed below. Do not send private documents that are unnecessary for your request.

Cookies, local storage, and tracking

The application does not set cookies or save preferences in localStorage. The selected language is part of the URL. This release does not load analytics, advertising tags, or third-party font services. Temporary file previews are not persistent browser storage. Your browser may cache website assets and retain files that you download.

Advertising is currently inactive

Google AdSense is not serving ads in this release. If advertising is activated, the policy must first be updated to identify the providers, technologies, purposes, and user choices actually used. Google and other ad vendors may then use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers; personalized ads may be based on visits to this or other websites. Required consent must be configured before the relevant advertising technologies are used.

Requests, changes, and external services

Contact the operator to ask about personal information in email correspondence or hosting records. Describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Available rights and the process for exercising them depend on the applicable jurisdiction; identity checks may be needed to protect information. If the site introduces accounts, persistent storage, analytics, or ads, its disclosures and controls must be updated before those features are enabled.

Advertising status

No advertising or analytics scripts are active in this release. An AdSense verification meta tag or ads.txt entry, if configured, identifies the publisher but does not itself serve ads.
